In line with the agreed transition plan from SMIROnLine v1(SOL1) to SMIROnLine v2 (SOL2) starting 22 May 2025
usage of this application to submit and coordinate datasets is no longer allowed.
All valid user accounts, with the exeption of the admins, were changed to readers to allow revisiting the existing records.
SOL2 will be available starting 26 May 2025 at https://sol2.hq.nato.int.

- To submit SMADEF-XML datasets to the Spectrum Management Staff at NATO HQ;
- To query the SMIR database (Spectrum Management Information Repository);
- To download data from the SMIR database as SMADEF-XML datasets.
