Digital Transformation presents an opportunity for the Allies that set out on a innovation path to offer their experience, success criteria and solutions to the Alliance’s wider audience. Allies could create a forum where bilateral or multilateral, multinational DT related cooperation programmes would be established, where national solutions could be offered and expanded for the Alliance’s benefit. An initial assessment of requirements and options for the establishment of such a forum and cooperation programmes will be made in 2024, and reviewed annually.
