Promote Alliance Federation Core and Community of Interest Services (AFS) by: 1. Consolidating the federation of those services between NATO Enterprise, Allies and relevant multi-national entities, acting as Alliance Federation participants. 2. Developing a framework (addressing governance and management, security, standardization and financial aspects) that enables provision of Communications, Core and Community of Interest services from all Federation participants. 3. Establishing a common approach for Allies to make their ICT services available to NATO and the NATO Enterprise, integrate them end-to-end, manage their information and data sources, as well as security and data protection requirements.
