In order to enable interoperability-by-design, all Standardization Tasking Authorities (TAs) will need to: 1. Incorporate the NATO Core Metadata Standards into their respective NATO Data Standards to ensure data are labelled with common metadata. 2. Review and enhance data standards to ensure the right quality in data25 (i.e. data that are: Visible, Accessible, Understandable, Linked, Trustworthy, Interoperable, and Secure) that allows exploitation for data-driven decision-making. 3. Initiate, share, and maintain the taxonomies and semantic reference models, using the technical services provided in previous LoE 4. Use the Semantic Reference models for the development/ maintenance of their Standards 5. Provide semantic mapping of their semantic reference models to NATO’s Core Data Framework, and contribute to their harmonization 6. Submit a plan to C3B for achieving these activities, and report annually on their progress
