Provide an overview of the data-centric governance framework, including roles and responsibilities, principles, policies, processes, frameworks, tools, metrics, and oversight required to effectively govern and manage data throughout the data exploitation lifecycle, from creation to disposition, as per NATO’s DEF Strategic Plan (PO(2022)0409 (INV)). This should be aligned with activities and outputs as detailed in the Lines of Effort described in Appendix 3 to Annex 1 of the DEF Strategic Plan. (The OCIO will be the Lead entity for the actions which are related to the NATO Enterprise) An appropriate record/flow architecture will be developed under the control of NATO Archives and Information Management (IS-EM(ICTM-AIM)) for the entire lifecycle of NATO information, data and records, including retention, disposition, and long-term preservation.
