Establish an Alliance-wide secure and flexible digital network infrastructure to support military operations, and enable efficient interconnection with national network segments thus formulating an Allied core network, by adhering to static (as per Core Comms Capability Programme Plan - CPP) and deployable Protected Core Networking (PCN) NATO Standards.
